Careers in Nutrition/Dietetics
Graduates of Seton Hill who have completed requirements of the Seton Hill University Coordinated Program in Nutrition/Dietetics have followed diverse career paths in general medical nutrition therapy and specialty areas such as renal dietetics, diabetes care, nutrition support and sports nutrition. Others have pursued food service management careers in hospitals, schools, universities or with corporations, or have served in food science-related positions in large companies. Other Seton Hill alumni may be found in community nutrition agencies. Some of our graduates have used their entrepreneurial skills to develop their own nutrition-related businesses.
